Bargain Booze is a chain of off licence stores founded in Crewe, Cheshire, in 1981. It is now the largest off licence chain in the United Kingdom.
Selling a range of wine, beer and spirits, the outlets are often found in local communities as small shops, and the brand boasts great value and a very reasonable, often discounted pricing strategy.
The retail chain also caters for events and parties, allowing for larger orders to be placed and collection to take place from a store.
The chain is currently owned by Conviviality Plc, and is operated by a franchise model - currently with 460 individual franchises under fascias including Bargain Booze, Bargain Booze Select Convenience and Thorougoods.
