It looked to be a similar situation here but the friendly lady at the main desk informed us we could simply apply online via smart phone and they would then verify. Within 10-15 mins we were all set up and had an account opened.”

They assist you in helping yourself wherever possible in order that you can do something again without the need for intervention and, conveniently, where avaible, at home or remotely through the excellent app. The only negative is the opening hours and the fact they are closed completely on. Thursday. If you look this up and are aware you can generally work around it but turning up on the off chance once on a Thursday was a bit of a downer.”
