Avoid this store if you value your time.Never have staff on the tills so you have to wait a long time to get served and have no interest in getting anyone else on to help even with staff on the shopfloor.It's quicker to walk to an alternative store than wait to pay here

The staff here are friendly and always keen to help. Good range of mothercare clothes, the rest of the store towards the photo area feels a bit dead and the shelves look as though the store is shutting down, very empty. Would be nice to have someone around the skincare area as you sometimes need help or recommendation of a product. The town centre is bedford is dead and this seems to have impacted the store

Pharmacy dreadful so slow always asked to come back for collection later. Then when you go back you have to queue and wait again. I gave up didn't collect my prescription which means I have to spend another time queuing again. After a long working day as a chef I could do without this.

Awful pharmacy. Not enough staff so the counter service and pharmacy staff is usually 1 person. Never open Sunday and randomly closes during the day today was 1:30 until 2. Assistant pointed at a printed notice ?that?s been up all day?. Helpful when you?ve made a trip in. They also don?t answer the phone so just be ready for a long wait depending on when they decide to close for a bit. My recommendation - go elsewhere.
