I am writing to tell you about my wonderful experience in your shop this weekend, having travelled especially from NW London. I certainly had no regrets, especially being personally managed by Louie and yourself.Before I proceed, can you have a record of this mail for your records as managing director? Still, I also request that you share it with the owners of Claytons and either send a copy of this to Bruhl in Germany or let me have their direct email address to write to them to commend them on both the service I received in your store but also to share my passion for their brand and to say how your store shows off their products so well, compared to "others" for whom show off as NIL, and that I will only be shopping in your store regardless in the future.The support I got mainly from Louie was incredible, but honestly, from both of you. Indeed, it was beautiful to see such extraordinary teamwork. The product knowledge was second to any, for which I honestly had never seen this Globally, as well as the customer service, both of which were off the scale.I mean the "positive" scale, to the point of being in the store for over 2 hours, and let me assure you, it was the best experience ever. I cannot wait to spend more money and visit very soon, which I am sure you do not often hear from customers, especially these days!The personal service, care and attention I got blown away from the minute I walked into the store, to the cups of tea in the store, a taxi to the station and the warmth of a "traditional" store, where customer service and professionalism truly means that, and leaving the store with a smile on my face that I could not remove till I got home and then the offer of delivery of my goods, is not heard of these days, but certainly was so much appreciated, being partially blind, but also remembering that the "Customer is Golden".The professionalism, politeness, and helpfulness from all, including Lisa, at the end of shopping was second to none. Each of you listened to what I was saying and got to know me to match my needs. You all spoke with intense product knowledge, especially yourself, Matt, that I felt I was at college again and wanted to take notes. Thankfully, the advice I got steered me to an immediate purchase.I enjoyed being in the store. Each of you was faithful to the brand, the company, and, to me, the Customer, and that cost has no number/value. All of you made it an experience for me, an experience not something I had to do but rather when and if I wanted to. It was a case of me saying to myself; I will enjoy spending my money here. I can assure you of that. I started to feel at home and began to feel like a little boy in the toyshop.The service was incredible, and then I realised I should leave the shop before I started finding a corner to work, having been so welcomed that much as it was now mid-afternoon. I was utterly blown away by being treated as an individual and someone with whom I could be related and who understood my needs, concerns, upsets and issues, WHICH I CAN NOT AND HAVE NOT Found anywhere these days!It is a sheer delight to say that you, Louie and Lisa were Ambassadors in their field. Being so professional, smartly dressed, polite, and undoubtedly exceeding yourselves in your jobs, these skills are so rare to find these days, and it's so reassuring to know that it's still around.I cannot praise this store and all three of you and thank GOD for your great company. I hope this message and feedback are shared with both Louie and Lisa and, as initially requested, the owners be sent a copy of this and Bruhl.I permit you to use this in marketing if you so wish, and I will post this on Google and Trustpilot immediately. **Avoid online **Ordered 2 items online (Wednesday 27th Sept), website says orders over £75 delivered free and usually next day, however when went to process order Next Day service wasnt an option, so i phoned the store to see if Next Day was available. Was advised that the Marc Darcy Waistcoat would have to be ordered in, once i placed my order they would order it and it would usually be in next day, and they would despatch as soon as it arrived, I emailed them Friday to see if they had recieved the Waistcoat from Marc Darcy as this would be within the time frame they explained to me, they informed me by email they would now be ordering the Waistcoat Monday. I phoned Monday to check that this had been ordered as they questioned via further email Friday if I had ordered the correct size, which I responded straight away that the correct size had been ordered). I was informed it had been ordered and would be dispatched Tuesday, Wednesday arrovwd and I had still had not recieved Tracking details, so I phoned again to see if it had been dispatched, i was infprmed they had the prder and it wojld be dispatched that evening, and would recieve despatch details once dispatced. Thursday morning came and I had still not recieved dispatch details, so again I contacted Claytons, to be informed that the waistcoat would be arriving that day and they would dispatce once it arrived. It was then i asked them to cancel the order, as felt they werent being fully honest about when they ordered the item from the supplier and when it was delivered to them, they processed the refund which was refunded straight away, i wouldnt have minded the delay of they had been honest and said it may take upto a week to deliver, and ordered it staright away from the supplier like they had said and not left it almost a week.I had seen that Marc Darcy had them in stock bit decided to go with an Independent shop as i like to use independents wherever possible. After cancelling the order I ordered from Marc Darcy Direct and the ordere was with me in less rhan 24 hrs, so still wonder if they had even ordered it on the Monday.From reviews I feel the service would be much difference in person, rtaher than online.

Stand out from the crowd!Fabulous range of shirts including some terrific patterns if you have the confidence to wear them. I ordered three and they arrived after breakfast the very next day. Now that's what I call good service! I will certainly be using Claytons again.

Used online for the first time yesterday and ordered 2 Fynch Hatton mens shirts , free postage !My husband is very happy as one of the shirts he could not get in his size anywhere else, as sold out and it was in the sale!They arrived today, on a Saturday via DPD!I am very happy with this amazing service and have now made another order from them.Thank you very much
