I have many food intolerances and the lovely member of staff on the till got the allergy book for me to run through my milk options.She then washed the milk jug to ensure there was no cross contamination. Very friendly

Not a complaint against any branch as such, but costa as a whole. We use Costa lot and save the beans for a "free" coffee. Well free in that you spend about £45 to get enough beans.
