Really bad service. Ordered garden furniture in feb with a 8 week wait. Just been told its now been delayed. 8 weeks turns into 17 weeks. I was told I should of got an email telling me of the delay and when I said I have not, tried telling me to check my junk folder. I had to ell him I get an email daily telling me of great discounts but nothing regarding my own order. I had to ring up because they did not reply to three emails I sent. Pretty SH*T really !!

One of the Armchairs was damaged and two of the items had light coloured feet and other one had dark coloured feet and castor! !! We went into the CRoydon StorE and reported this and we await your action to correct these matters

Told 9 weeks when ordered my furniture and it ended up being 16 weeks. Had to call customer services every week took 1 hour every time to get through. Didn?t like the attitude of the customer services, pretty much told I had to wait longer and shut up and be patient! Love the furniture but the customer services are poor to say the least!

I can't give this organisation even 1 star, but have no choice to post review.. Absolutely shocking service. Ordered 4 items totalling over £500 in their well advertised promotional offer in February21. Despite assurances on delivery within 30 days, one of the items, a lamp, has still not arrived. Countless phone calls and emails, long waiting times, repeat excuses. All they want to do is cancel the order and give a credit for the net £ less promotional discount. Repeat excuse is stock will be in next month, and repeat. The company is a con, stay away. I will never use this company again.

Avoid furniture village! Sat in and waited for a footstool that never arrived? no information no nothing from FV? spent over 50 minutes on hold and spoke to the most rude agent going who said it was never out for delivery?! I?d been given a tracking email so not sure what he was going on about! On hold for ages and achieved nothing? feeling very frustrated.Two weeks later I get a call - footstool is ready for delivery? book another date and guess what! Footstool never turned up! Another day I?ve taken timeOff work? I am BEYOND cross. There?s zero communication from FV, their customer service is appalling. I?m never going to see my item so I?ve asked for a refund via online chat as I?ll be dammed if I?m sitting on hold for hours? bet I?ll be kept waiting a few months to see that money again!FV take your money and leave you hanging. Buy your furniture elsewhere!!!

Absolutely terrible customer service.Complete lack of information sent out. Called twice to chase up the order 45 mins on hold each time. Contacted the webchat 1 and it too 20mins to get a response. Each person I spoke to have different answers as to when to expect delivery.Initially delivery should have been within 8 days. It?s currently been 14 days and I was just told it will be delivered next week? let?s see if this actually happens.I finally managed to speak to someone sensible via the online chat (although waited 20mins for a reply). That person provided me with all the information I needed and from that point on the process was simple.The delivery worked well and the bed is great.My advise is avoid the telephone customer service at all cost both times we spoke to them they were not interested and portrayed a very bad image of the company.

On 15th march 2021 I made an online order for a sofa and an ex display ottoman bed with a headboard. Expected delivery was 10 weeks.I was contacted mid June to state my order was ready and I requested to delay this and was informed it could be held to the end of the month and I would be contacted.Delivery was arranged for the sofa on 8th July 2021 at which point I was confused as to why the bed was separate and was not offered an explanation. I contacted again to query this and was informed it was in Dartford and required transfer prior to delivery. I have not received any contact since which I am finding incredibly frustrating as whenever I make contact I have been on hold for over an hour.I had an online conversation last night to which the sales advisor informed me that an urgent request would be made (which I thought had been done from my previous call) and was given a contact number for the distribution team. I have tried to call this and again been on hold for over an hour.The lack of communication is very frustrating, I placed this order months ago in preparation for a move into my first property, which I cannot yet live at due to not having a bed. I do not understand the delay when the bed is ex display item.I would not recommend furniture village and will not be using again.

I bought a lovely leather sofa a couple of weeks ago, Sunday afternoon. I received really fantastic customer service on the phone. Very nice young lady helped me. The next day I received a call to tell me my new sofa will be delivered on Wednesday that week . It?s fantastic, very comfortable and looks good.. I would also like to thank the young men who delivered and set it up for me. They were called Geoff and Stuart thanks a lot. I wanted to say how great the experience of buying with this company was. Love shopping here at Purley Branch. Great layout, great stock, great sale prices, great staff, great coffee. Bought chairs, a bed and 2 lovely pictures recently . They always have great prints and lighting too. Michal was great. Sofa next. ?

It's been 3 months now and you are not approchable. No one bothers to pick the phone. No response through your website customer contact service. I will never buy from Furniture Village.

The website said limited stock order now. Expected delivery 14 days. It says this throughout. I do all the credit check pay the deposit and finish all of the steps, no delivery option.
