I cannot recommend these guys enough, had a sudden flat tire in the area and needed it fixed asap as had commitments that couldn't be avoided. Called HIQ and spoke to Colin on the off chance he could accommodate, although they were super busy. Colin looked at the tire and fixed it immediately. My husband was really impressed...

Arrive for 2 new front tyres and they tried to charge me £187 per tyre on my fiesta. When I tried to leave they said I wasn't allowed to and would have to leave my car at the garage, then continued to be demeaning and rude. Ofcourse I drove off and went to a new tyre fitter who charged me £170 for both tyres and reweighting....

Trurly terrible staff. I arrived with appointment with winter tyres as I warned them I will need them for going to Nordic country the next day. Upon arriving they refused to fit them as they said the car will be too low and won't be to get out down from their escalator. What tyre place can't change wheels without some escalator!?...
