Got dealt with by Manuel, for a online in-store order upgrade. Upon entering he called me over and told me with a real attitude to sit, like I was a dog (must of been having a bad day).\\n\\nI was picking up the order for my father, so as per the O2 Email I had my ID, My father's ID and the order confirmation email with code... he asked me some questions such as address, model number etc, which was fine. However from there proceded to ask me if my father knew of the order, followed by call him, to which I responded \\\"he's is at work so he might not be able to pick up\\\", Manuel kindly responded (sarcasm) \\\"all the better\\\"... So I call my father, who for the sake of the argument could have been anyone, where Manuel proceeded to interegate him, asking him for the model number and 4 times if he was the one who had placed the order.\\n\\nThe main reason I write this review, is due to the fact that Manuel did not check my ID, so if in the case this had of been fraud, instead of following the simple collection process as stated in the O2 email, he decided to play KGB agent and make a worthless call to someone who could of been a cohort, instead of actually checking to see who I was and follow the \\\"Simple\\\" collection process that his company has created.\\n\\nFrom the get go he treated me like a thief and a piece of dirt. So to conclude, I can say, while I will stay a customer to O2, to anyone reading this, just wait a day and get it delivered to your home over pick up in this store.
