Good place to defeat hot sun, beautiful swimming pool

The water was very cold, so cold infact my nearly 3 year old didn't want the water up to his chest.The session was 1hr 30mins long and my son was asking me to go home because he was shivering and had blue lips. Went on a Saturday with quite low expectations. Thr floors in the changing area is dirty, showers are ice cold and the general look of the place is very run down. I liked the wave pool and because of the bad reviews the pool wasn't very busy on a Saturday afternoon.
