Excellent Post Office service, efficient and friendly.Staff are very kind with children, many of whom are experiencing buying things by themselves for the first time after school. Well done, keep up the great community spirit.

A very great and cool service and social retailer. I live in Renhold, precisely Ravensden Road since 2015 and this is one of the few places I go to buy something or post something instead of all the way to town. In fact, I do not need to go to town to buy something or to post anymore. I can actually send near me except livefoods. The people in the town are rude and antisocial. I do not think am going there again after having bad experience with one of the Indian retailer woman.

What a superb place to go to. It is like stepping back in time to the days where the customers came first and service was top priority. That's what you get when you visit this great little post office and shop. The gentleman who runs it is most certainly experienced and courteous. I believe he used to work in a bank. He knows how to welcome customers and is very knowledgeable on the services offered by the post office (prices, different kinds of parcels, etc) unlike most of the post offices I have visited in Bedford. I prefer to travel the extra mile to get to this PO.A spotless little shop, well stocked and very reasonable in price. Each time I visit, I come out feeling I have been served properly and I look forward to my next visit! Thank you!

Iam from renhold village and iam living here almost 10,year's. every time I went to this post office it's closed the person who working in post office he's very very RUDE he don't know how to talk with customers and if you see front door he notice board about school kids not allowed to come in side.. There's is in side off licence shop is well.
