My first visit today for a Hyrda facial and it certainly won't be the last!First off the actual salon is beautiful. It has a really calming vibe- its also super clean! As soon as I walked in the two girls working there greeted me with a warm smile.I then had a consultation with Sasha who talked me through the process and the different elements. Sasha is clearly very knowledgeable in this area and also have me advice on how to care for my skin.Then the actual facial itself- AMAZING! From the steam to the cooling gel to the shoulder massage- everything was perfect. Sasha has a very warm and friendly manner and I definitely felt comfortable and valued as a customer.5* experience and 5* customer service! I definitely will be going back for the facial again and other treatments. Highly reccomended!

I?ve never found a beauty salon that will go above and beyond for their clients but Sasha does . They will do anything they possibly can to make sure you are happy . Jamie is the best lash tech I have had , she always makes sure you leave your appointment with the best lashes you could ask for . These people aren?t just your beauticians they become your friends and are some of the funniest nicest people .Services: Eyebrow threading

absolutely cannot fault the girls in here, they are all so lovely and welcoming and create just the best salon environment ive ever experienced. i usually have jaime and not only is she just an amazing nail tech she is also just a lovely person all round. the only place in bedford ill go back to now?

I have had a few treatments with Sasha now - brows, lashes, dermaplane and vampire facials. I cannot recommend Sasha's enough.Sasha (and her girls) always make me feel so at ease and comfortable. She does everything she can to make sure your experience is perfect.Sasha's knowledge is amazing. She will never try to upsell, will always be honest and is NEVER pushy.

I went in for a consultation with Sasha as I was conscious about the acne and peach fuzz on my face. I had no idea what I wanted doing so Sasha went through all the options with me and advised me on the best option to help my concerns. I had a high frequency facial and dermaplaning. The whole process of the consultation and the treatment was amazing. Sasha made me feel so reassured and welcome, and I really enjoyed the experience.
