“Great place to find a bargain piece of furniture, but it can take multiple trips to find what you want as pre-owned stock comes in and out v quickly. Found the staff to be lovely every time ? Bought a lovely sofa and footstool for a v reasonable price. Plus an oak chest which is perfect for what I needThe down side is parking. It's a little chaotic and people can be stupid. Could benefit from a one way in and out system ?”

“I was warmly greeted by Mohamed Hanif at the Biggleswade store and I said I was looking for a new mattress. He asked a few questions, showed me around 8-10 mattresses that he thought would be suitable (at varying price ranges), each time kindly encouraging me to try them out to see if I found them comfortable. He then asked if I would like some time to look around/to try any others, and assured me that he would be more than happy to help if I needed him. I tried many more mattresses, but in the end opted for one that Mohamed had suggested at the very start! The level of service I received was fantastic and I was grateful to receive all the information I needed, as well as the space, time and freedom to browse (and test mattresses) at my leisure. I also spoke with Mohamed's supervisor, Mumin Ahmed, who was equally kind, friendly, courteous and patient. I did not feel pressured into buying anything at any time, I would highly recommend the Biggleswade store and I hope that Bensons for Beds will read this review and take the time to thank their staff members for their support.”

“I purchased an item via their app, within 3 minutes I received confirmation email and second email informing me that the item is ready for collection.Went to the branch to collect parcel. the staff were very quick locating the item,. I was out of the door in less that 5 minutes.Staff were welcoming,polite and professional and knew what they were meant to do.Branch was clean and tidy with hand sanitizer station .It's located on 1 floor and there is an elevator for disabled customer/customers.”
