I do so wish there was an option for zero stars.Stevenage branch sold me a Surface Pro 7 with keyboard and then keyboard stopped working within 6 days.I took the equipment to Letchworth where they refunded me for the keyboard and I was told to order a new one online ( at a cost of shipping ) I emailed their customer support team who got back to me in 24 hours telling me " There was not much they could do " to cover the £2.50 charge for the shipping ( I know that sounds petty but why should I need to go out of pocket if they did not check the items properly? ) and being that I needed the keyboard to actually use the tablet for the purposes I purchased it for, I had to take a drive to Dunstable to collect the new one which is fuel wasted as I could not check if the issue was the keyboard or the tablet at Letchworth due to not having a new one in stock. When I arrived at Dunstable I asked if I could test the new keyboard on the tablet that I had taken with me to make sure everything was working alright before I paid for it since I was not sure if the tablet was the issue or the keyboard that I had given back. I was met with a low level of hostility and was outright refused the opportunity to test the goods before giving them my money again. Once I paid for the new keyboard all is working fine as of an hour of using it but the level of customer service, and total lack of consideration from anyone working in this company other than the lady at the Letchworth store really tells me that I made a poor choice in buying with CEX.Do yourself a favour and buy elsewhere.

Great shop, they have always had good prices and I've never had any problems. All the workers I've met where friendly and helpful. I also got a copy of Pokémon legends arceus that I believe was brand new

Mon 24 Oct '22 - I had the pleasure of going into CeX in Dunstable today, to sort out a problem with an online order my Grandson had made. The assistant who served me was a young man named Sebastian, who was most helpful, very polite and went out of his way to assist me. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this shop and its staff to anyone seeking good service.

Went in at 16:45 to have a rough idea how much they?ll buy my camera for but was told they?re closing at 17:30 and that they can just book me in tomorrow.I?ve just been to another place beforehand and they checked it within 10 mins, even if they needed 30 mins they could?ve done so.
