The ice machine has never worked at the drive through. Today they said it's because they can't be bothered as it takes too long.\\nIce driven through here once a week for about 2 years and have never had an iced anything as they've always said it was broken.

These three ladies aren't the best in hospitality (or simply poorly trained with the barista basics). Asked three standard drinks and done all bad, same for the 2 clients in front of me. The worst they challended all customers with customer submission, but forced to make prevalent my wish/order Vs what they wanted to me to have, sorry but if I don't make mistakes not easy to flex

Very disappointed with service, I have asked for 2 drinks with flavours and both was without, the guy from there missed many drinks while I was there. I'm not gonna stop there anymore.

Just ordered a cappuccino, waited in queue over 5 mins when I asked for a satchet of sugar she put it in a paper bag, ivsaid I only asked for sugar and she said she has to give it to me that way! Surely this is a sealed packet and this is just wasting resources and costing money!

Staff at the drive through need retraining or replacing. After getting my order wrong, all I got was an attitude and no apology for their mistake. Telling me to ?give it [the drink] back? Terrible customer service.

We have ordered 2 coffee, easy, yes? Noooo. It took 4 minutes to serve 1 drink to the car in front of us. When it was our turn drinks were not ready, ok, it happens so we are ready to wait. Then the server asks what is the order? Helloo, I have just done that 5 minutes ago. They have not got it. Ok. I order again. 1 medium latte with caramel, 1 decaf small cappuccino. What? She could not hear so I repeat. Ok. Server disappears for two minutes. Comes back and charges me. I pay. She is gone again. I don?t understand how she can disappear in 12m2 shop. She is back with a medium size decaf cappuccino, supposed to be small. ?Oh it is small? she says. Comes back same size latte. Well this one supposed to be a little bigger but not. She does not give a toss of course, walks away. There are 6 cars behind me so I drove off. This shop is on my commute therefore please get someone who can at least serve coffee. And smile. Is it too much to ask for £7 ??

The Hot Chocolate is always very good with Costa Coffee and far superior than Starbucks rending ! Also the odd Muffin is good too.....lol

Shocking drinks quality at the kiosk, coffee wasn't made to Costa standard and measurements for the cold drinks were completely wrong so it all tasted bad.

Ordered 2 coffees to drink in, half hour later still waiting and not particularly busy. Ending taking out as no time to wait any longer. Recommend staff retraining.
