I believe there are areas where improvement can be made in order to enhance the overall experience at this establishment. Currently, it appears that the focus is primarily on maximizing profits, similar to the approach adopted by budget airlines like easyJet. However, I would like to suggest that prioritizing customer service and politeness can greatly contribute to creating a more positive and satisfying environment for patrons. By placing emphasis on customer satisfaction and cultivating a friendly atmosphere, it is possible to enhance the overall reputation and appeal of the store.

First of all since the new owners took over this nisa it has gone downhill fast,the cash machine now charges you for using it,I have been paying my rent of a few hundred pounds a month for over 5 years now and I cannot do that now because their new cash machines behind the counter cannot process this anymore,the team that works on the evening haven?t got a clue how to operate the tills when a problem occurs,and yes the girl on the post office section has a big work problem like she doesn?t want to be there,I have no choice but to go elsewhere with a pay point service,as I thought nisa was a convenient store is now an inconvenience store which is very sad because I like the staff,if this services would return and the staff retrained then I would return,but that not going to happen because of progress?

If there was ever an advert for the rising cost of living it is this place. Also, the woman who normally works on the post office counter has a bit of an attitude.
