“Following a bit of a clerical error I was given what I thought was the wrong torque wrench, took it back and with zero fuss and no extra to pay I was given what I thought I had ordered and despite the replacement being more expensive the increased costs were waived as I'd had to go in 3 times. I didn't ask for that. It was volunteered. Good shop, lots of tools, plenty of parking and switched on and interested staff.”

“Of all the ECP's in this area, this more recent branch is both the easiest to get to, and park at, being located in a quiet corner of the industrial estate, although on one occasion, about half of it was filled with their vans. The staff here are great, helpful & knowledgeable, so you shouldn't be waiting around too long, unless busy. As I'm sure you'll already know, it's a great place to get all of your maintenance & service parts, and at very good prices. It's best to use click & collect, and there's almost always some form of discount code available. Just be aware there's a few once well known brands that are now owned by ECP, so maybe not as good quality as they used to be, no different to Argos & SportsDirect, but they also do a lot decent brands too, if you want better quality, the choice is yours.”
