The Royal Mail is evrtyhing that is wrong with the UK at the minute. Prices increase whilst the service is on the decline. Sporadic deliveries, delayed or postponed and no office open to collect. Paying for express delivery makes no sence I have done it several times to no advantage. Taking time to sit in and wait to be told that no attempt has been made. 3 weeks now I have been waiting for some parcels, which other business in the service sector could get away with this.

Terrible service. Always late. And recently thrown my limited pressing vinyls over my backgarden fence and called that a safe space, joke of a service. Used to have sympathy for the postman but they just don't care

The staff are friendly but what on earth is the point of only being open for 2 hours a day, and those 2 hours being while everyone is at work? Might as well not bother. I guess this is what happens when an important public service is sold off by the government to their mates for pennies on the pound: costs soar, service levels plummet.

No information or notes to say they have your parcel. Opening times 8am to 10am when people are in work. Only delivery problems I have is from Royal Mail which is a shame

Extremely poor 0800-1000 opening hours yet your post staff are out all day, for company this big you should be able to staff the customer center 9-5 plenty of staff on site its not like they have to man the desk 24-7

Absolutely daft how bad this place is, had my parcel over a week and couldn?t get it delivered as someone was off on holiday.

open 8 to 10 am, why don't you close for good instead? Also, could you instruct your postmen to NOT shove parcels in a letterbox if they won't fit? It would be nice to have your stuff not smashed by this idiotic behaviour

I've not had any post for three weeks. I'm waiting for several important letters: hospital appointment; insurance renewal; and a refund cheque.

Does not even warrant 1 star. Firbank way not easily accessible. Hours make it impossible for normal working people to ever access. Having given Royal Mail a safe place location for my property why do they persit in this crazy red post card nonsense. Have no idea what item is anyway and suspect having taken time off work....unpaid.... to pick up it will be a waste of time.This is a primitive service for the 21st century pigeon post would be more useful...or snail mail!

No post letters delivered in Linslade The Wharf for over a week now! They post parcels but no letters. Missed hospital appointment and now missing my train season ticket that was posted last Tuesday by sign for delivery. Would be zero stars if could rate that low. So so poor

Went to pick up a parcel at 12:00 after receiving a missed drop off. Despite the a clearly displayed opening hours sign AND another sign saying the same it was closed. I asked an operative and he explained its a management decision. We entered into a convo about it and concluded that this wasn't in the interests of customers and from an operative point 'we've had all these issues and they don't listen...I agree. All the 'costs savings' are going toward shareholders - the wrong thing and bringing RM to shame.The app also seems to be done for idiots as it doesn't work. Could I find a redirect....eventually. the parcel still hasn't arrived.Very poor service RM...take it back into public hands. ASAP..

Opening hours are totally useless for anyone who works 9-5. And no parking for customers. I?d rather pay more and avoid Royal Mail all together.

Open 2 hours a day is ridiculous you do realise people are working?why not open 2 hours a day from the hours of 6-8pm when most are home?or failing that leave the parcel in a safe place like most other couriers do I really hope royal mail go bust joke of a company
