Recently moved to the area and saw the shop when stopping at the post office. The chap in there was super friendly, knowledgable and gave great advice on the products available specific to what I was looking for. After shopping for supplements online the last few years, I?m now happy to get my BCAA and appetite suppressants there, and will try out the protein range once my current stock runs out. 5 stars!

If you want to get big or simply diet down, this is the place! Mark the owner is very friendly has years of experience and knowledge. If you need help with nutrition or just a training plan, he is the man to go to.

Fantastic products all taste great and are made to a high standard. Highly recomend stage ripped fat burners and if your looking for an old school super strong pre workout try the b4train extreme and if that's too strong just half the serving size or try the standard b4 train??

I've known Mark for probably 30 years now, and literally everything he puts his mind to, he achieves tenfold, and gives 110%. His knowledge is second to none. Ive been to see him so many times over the years, and he's always there, ready with a smile, open and honest, full of advice and so helpful. I cannot fault him to b honest! He wants u to succeed. He doesn't give it the hard sell just to flog his products either. So helpful, kind, genuine, trusting, and just a very nice guy! I wouldn't seek advice or products from anyone else ??
