I haven?t been able to wear earrings for years due to irritation I?ve tried all kinds but thought I?d just give up until I discovered Solace jewellery. I?m so impressed with the quality and customer service. Delivery is fast and costs very little if anything. I?ve already ordered 3 times in a week! So happy to wear earrings again ??

Super pleased with my earrings. They were delivered very quickly and my sore ear calmed down within hours of switching to my Solace earrings. Within days, nearly completely healed. Only wish there was wider range with some higher end options but I suppose that might come as the business expands

I bought a pair of silver hoops to try as recently my ears have become sensitive.Hoops are great and don't irritate. Only issue is they are not bright shiny silver as seen in photos. They are very dark and dull compared to my other jewellery so it doesn't match anything which is annoying.Not sure if anyone else has found this problem.

Absolutely gorgeous earrings! I bought some hypoallergenic earrings for my daughter who had such a reaction to standard stainless steel ones. I cannot believe the difference! No irritation and they look beautiful. I will be ordering many many more!! :)

I bought a few pieces from Solace recently. The first order had an earring that wouldn't close properly. The customer service was excellent, a replacement was immediately dispatched - I will absolutely be ordering again.

I ordered a pendant chain set and some pearl earrings. The stone in the pendant had fallen out when it arrived and the quality of the pearls were very poor. I complained and sent it all back asking to be refunded for the jewellery and postage. They only refunded the cost of the jewellery so I am out of pocket on this. I won?t be using them again.

Solace Jewellery sell great hypoallergenic earrings, the only kind I can wear and leave in without causing my ears to react horribly. I have purchased quite a few different styles, some of the studs have slightly sharp edges which cause irritation overnight for me so I know now what to avoid. I love the Huggies with the interchangeable charms. I?ve never had a problem with a product tarnishing or breaking.The prices are very competitive, especially in the sales, and with the loyalty points you can?t go wrong. Delivery is quick, lovely sustainable packaging which keeps improving every year. And I can?t disagree with the Love Heart sweets as a surprise treat! Thank you SJ

I buy these earrings for my Grandaughter as they suit her sensitive skin. Why 3 stars instead of 5?I decided to take up an offer on some cubic zirconia stud earrings for myself as they were such a good price. Wish I hadn't have bothered. The picture did not reflect the actual earring. I needed a very strong magnifying glass to see the stone. The photo was really misleading. I think the photographer was previously an estate agent as he/she had mastered the art of making something appear about 100 times bigger than the actual thing!
