Really claustrophobic in there that I had to leave. Probably didn?t help that the other customers didn?t understand the concept of personal space.

Nice shop. The volunteers are all lovely and so are the staff. This is a lovely shop and friendly people. Has being a volunteer at this shop I know a lot of customers would like it set out more better but this is not possible for health and safety purposes.

The Sue Ryder shop in Leighton Buzzard is a bit strange. On the outside, it looks good, it's large, the windows are well dressed, and it's tidy. Once you go inside it's a comkpletely different story. It's a bit like the tardis in reverse in that they have set it up so that you can't easily access several of the shelving areas due to badly placed rails. And it has never failed to be a complete mess when I've been in there. Sometimes you can get a bargain if you can be bothered to rifle through the piles of junk.

As charity shops go this one is quite a large shop. It's even got a changing room so that you can try things on if you need to which a lot of charity shops don't have. The access isn't great if you use a wheelchair as it's a bit crowded and there's a really deep step at the entrance, but they're friendly enough and helpful if you ask. They had quite a lot of stuff which seemed expensive to me things you wouldn't expect to find in a charity shop like guitars and suchm but lots of cheaper stuff too. I didn't find much here that I was looking for, just a crochet hook for 20p which was good, and a couple of balls of wool for 20p each.
