Charged a £10 fee because they failed to update my bank account details. Also sent a default notice a mere 18 hours after the failed payment attempt

Do not answer the phone. I want to pay my insurance. Also only have 1 payment date so I've lost half a month on my initial deposit for insurance.

Awful company to deal with, never answer phone and I couldn't pay an eronious £10 default as they had no payment method available! A shining example of modern cutomer service as the woman sighed her way through the conversation.
