“Trying to buy a lottery ticket from a attendant around the counter was difficult. His understanding of English was weak. I spent over 10 minutes getting him to get me 4 tickets for the European lottery. He was confused, incompetent and frankly hopeless ?.Not sure about the petrol prices ?.Poor service!”

“Much busier since the Shell on Eaton Green Road closed for a structural rebuild due to subsidence... (You'd think they'd have sorted that issue properly during the last rebuild some years ago!) But the Hitchin Road garage is coping well. Fast service for me at 10.30am. I'd recommend avoiding rush hours, just to be on the safe side!”

“It OK for wash n valet, but only basic wash. Top wash price of 15 pounds is expensive as have had top 3 washes and no difference in paint work condition, same button pushed for all top washes. Car still needs to be wiped down after all washes as doesn't dry properly and still has areas not washed.”
