I always use Luton branch to buy materials even if I work in London. The staff are very helpful, the manager I think his name is Tony and the other guy in the counter I don?t know his name are amazing. They always looking after me and they have everything there what I need.

A horrible place, horrible people? avoid buying anything from them, incompetent, rude, ignorant and have no idea that what customer services are?.. driver working on main counter without a clue of material he was selling, manager and other people are the same?.
