I visited Footlocker to buy some sliders. They had a sale on, so the price was heavily discounted, I noticed that they had most sizes available too.Most of the store was tidy, with the exception of the till area. There were lots of hangers hung up behind the till where they were not supposed to be, and there were lots of loose trainers on top of the till points.The staff that work here seem disinterested and the service I received at the till was poor. I was the only customer at the till, clearly waiting to pay. A member of staff went behind the till and did not acknowledge me, but proceeded to carry out some work. Another employee served me, but not before carrying out a duty that involved going back and fourth between the till and a nearby stand.

Good stock but staff weren't fourth coming with helping out, usually you get approached when walking into a store but not at this one, which put me off buying anything. I don't like giving bad reviews but it's the truth.

Worst shop ever to buy a shoes. Staff has no interest at all in showing anything. Feels like they are working against their will and don?t even show the options. Better to buy it online. I don?t normally leave a review but my this Sunday visit to Luton mall Foot Locker made me do this as the people working here need to learn how to behave with customers. I would have given -5 rating if I could.

Very bad customer service .... asking the staff for helpMakes us feel like ' did we ask for help or did we ask their blood.. even after calling for help they wont reach out , my friend and his wife went to make a purchase and the staff was making fun of them for god knows what reason. Atleast a smile and some respect would be very much appreciated

Took back a pair of trainers as 1 was squeaking whilst walking they said they would not let me exchange them as I had worn them how else would I discover this without walking in them? They said I should have worn them at home first . I just better check my brand new trainers in case they squeak by walking around my house? They were 3 staff at the till serving 1 man and I was told to wait

Staff were extremely rude and when they mad mistakes on my shoe size they chose to show their frustration on me even though I told them my exact shoe size

I bought trainers and they were in a nasty state, I tried one pair (Jordan Seafoam Green) that was on the shelves that was in good condition, so essentially I assumed the other pair will be in a mint condition too, but when I got home, the other pair was slightly creased and the material was scruffy at the edges on the front toe part. This is so disrespectful. Paying £143 quid to be served this. The staff dont seem enthusiastic to be there and the security guard just talks to his mates that come by all the time.

I know my 'handle gives me little credibility but it's not mine! I almost never write a review but having read the raft of negative ones for Footlocker (after purchase) I have to give some positive comment (though it's one experience after all). Best price for Air Force 1, size 6 at 49.99. Ordered Saturday afternoon arrived Wednesday before 4. Only frustration my account on login gave me no information about expected arrival date. Everyone else can do it, sort it out Footlocker.

Really bad customer service, when asked to pay they never said please or were remotely kind and when the purchase was done the girl said "here" indicating me to take my purchase.Basic customer service skills are much needed.

Please could you make sure that you have enough stock when you go into the shop because sometimes but you go in there you ask for a pair of trainers and they haven't got them in that size they should make sure that they are there in that size for the customer also the staff are very polite and very courtesy very professional
