Despite the torrential stormy weather the guys and girls at Luton, coped with a disruptive customer calmly and fitted my new windscreen wipers quickly despite the atrocious conditions outside. [Note to management - Why do the staff not appear to have proper bad/wet weather clothing with hoods?]

Really friendly staff! Bex helped me today with my free point check, super was really helpful and reassuring. A few months back me and my partner broke down in the retail park and Luke (I think that?s his name) did all he could to help us get back on the road.

I booked a battery test a couple of weeks ago since I was having electrical issues with my car, the test showed my battery needed replacing and I was able to get my battery exchanged under warranty.This is my go to store, I have always received great service and the staff have always been able to help me with any issues.Thanks again!

The assistant on the checkout was very good and helpful. However, 2 other store assistants ignored me when I tried to approach them. It's a shame that one helpful member of staff is let down by 2 others

Great shop purchasing things related to car, accessories, motor parts, car washing products, technicians who can look at your vehicle for small repairs. The staff are always very helpful.

I had the worse experience of my life in Halfords Luton store. I had visited the store on Monday as my collection was ready to collect when I arrived I asked the man on the front desk if they did the bike fitting service as I was unsure if I had added it to my basket. He shock his head and said no not today no time come back on Friday at around the same time 14.30pm I understood and said it was no worries I?d come back then as it is my 3 year old first bike and I wanted to ensure everything was done properly as I had found it difficult assembling a bike I had brought from another store.On the Thursday I received a text stating that my order has been collected and I had been sent an E receipt. I was extremely concerned so I went to call the store, no phone online!When I finally arrived on the Friday at the store I went to the front desk once again and was met by the same man, I asked him when my sons bike would be ready he said he was unsure but he?d call upstairs and tell them to fit the bike together. The man proceeded to shout loudly to another man upstairs that I was there to collect the bike. When I was finally upstairs I walked to the member of staff said hello I?m the woman your colleague was speaking about regarding my sons bike. He asked me what I wanted I said to collect my sons bike and make payment for the fitting service as I unsure if I had added it to my basket as I placed the order online. He asked me for order number I provided it he asked again I provided it around the fifth time I left my phone on the counter as I was not sure if he had issues understanding however he appeared to be under the influence of some kind. He then managed to get my order up and stated the bike fitting had already been paid for.After him saying ok one moment I began to walk around the store and this was for around 10-15 minutes I then see him appear again (without my sons bike) and he began to service another customer.Once he had finished speaking with them I asked him what was going on and he said he unsure I said I do not understand I would like my bike please. He then stated to another colleague whom came to the counter he couldn?t do this picked up his note pad and walked off. This lady then began to service me and at this point I had enough. She to asked for my order number I explained I just provided this however I gave it once again, she then walked off to the back and appeared with my sons bike and heavy handily put it on the floor I asked her to be careful she said it?s only back that made a noise I said no you placed it with care. She then got extremely rude and insisted I was rude which was just unreal after the experience I had she then said she could see I paid with Karla I said yes she then repeated this around 3-4 times before she then looked at the bike which to me seemed to be fitted but took a wrench the back wheel and acted to tighten it.She then insisted I had to pay for bike service once again I showed her my receipt stating I paid already she then grabbed the receipt and said I?ll be having that until you pay. I paid again £10 for the service or lack there of and asked to speak with the manger which to my surprise she stated she was.Needless to say if it wasn?t for my sons birthday being soon I would have returned the bike and got it somewhere else but I refuse to disappoint him because Halfords staff are unable to maintain professionalism.I will never in my life shop here again and I highly discourage anyone whom enjoys shopping to go there!!!!I was unable to leave no stars on this review and if I?m being honest the store needs to be retrained and heavily monitored to allow the staff to be able to form an understanding of professionalism within the workplace.

Tom done an excellent job on the repairs. Scooter running perfectly now. Kept updated on repairs and advised accordingly. Very reasonably priced for the works carried out. Well done Tom. ? ?

By far the best customer service, I personally buy and repair my bikes here. Tom is number 1! although honestly everyone was always gorgeous Kass,Paul and Hakima. From all points of view!

Tom was helping find a bike for my daughter of which he was brilliant. Very knowledgeable on the products and obviously completed his safety checks before releasing the bike.

Awful service today. Had seen online a YouTube Halfords video showing you what you needed to check your tyre pressures so went to luton but all the guy tried to sell me was some monthly fee! Left and did not buy what I needed will go elsewhere so you lost a sale. He could not wait to get rid of me

I needed a a Bicycle Wheel Puncture Repair undertaking quickly. The member of Staff was named Luke, who was very polite, obliging and efficient. The job was turned round in no time and I was back on the Road again. Great service!
