We visited here and bought a number of things. Prices are sensible, sometimes, expensive at other times.I managed to buy these items at the poorly placed tills, without any words being exchanged. I am trying to teach my young son manners, and he knows 'hello, please, thankyou, goodbye' are the minimum. Your staff ignored his words. I don't feel angry anymore, just sad. This is not the first experience at this store. Staff need training in basic human interation.

A lovely little hobby craft store - wonderful for a look round and lots of items. Depending on your craft they either have a lot of choice or not too much. Great for items for the kids to do.

An assistant was hidden inside the door brushing her hair, l was looking for artificial Christmas flowers, l saw a small bucket with some in to one side of thedoor, after looking all around l saw the same assistant (who had by now finished her hair and had put on a headscarf) l asked her if there were more Christmas flowers other than those on the floor by the door, her answer was " l don't know " then she walked off!Rude and disinterested.

Whenever I need something for a hobby OR a craft (bad joke intended) this store always comes to mind because they always have what I need! And the prices are never bad either! :)

Great selection of craft activities for all ages. When I visited they had some great deals to keep little ones busy during the summer holidays.
