This is the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. I visited this jd last week, but the customer service was very poor. I went to get shoes but the sales lady was so rude to me. I want to try the shoes before I buy. She already left shoes in the till for billing. I told her I want to try them on, but she told me that you already tried the size, so it's fine. It's the customer's right to try what they buy.I felt extremely unsatisfied

Appalling, arrogant, insulting cashier/manager.We bought a tracksuit just before Christmas, and we noticed that it had a nasty saw machine oil mark on it. We tried to return it next day, but the consumer law defining store policy was "changes possible only after boxing day" and they wouldn't even take a look at it.We used our hard earned money to buy an other tracksuit as it was a gift for some relative, hoping that we can take our money back at later date, when the JD store feels comfortable to spend the extra 2 minutes to do something more than cashing in, it's called after sales customer care.The tracksuit was obviously never used, with it's tag on, and the saw machine oil mark very obviously not our fault. Yet on 13th of January , around 11:00, the manager and the cashier refused to refund us, claiming that they never make mistakes, they never miss a dirty clothe leaving the store and that they suspect that we noticed the oil mark after we wrapped the tracksuit as a present.When I asked them if they have a crystal ball or some other evidence to support their Sherlock Holmes wannabe suspicions they said no and they claimed that my wife said so, which is not true.They only offered to return the money as a gift card, which obviously, after this attitude against us we are not going to use as we don't want to be treated as thieves in front of other people in case we buy something faulty again.I also asked if they suggest that we did that mark on the tracksuit and they said "no, we never said that, but we always check the clothes and never make mistakes".This was the most half-arsed cowardly insult I've ever experienced from a retail customer service. The fact is that it was either dirty from the beginning, so they have to refund, or we did it and we are lying so they don't have to refund. It can't be something else. Saying "yes but no" makes us feel being played by an arrogant person who thinks we are stupid and somehow feels superior and entitled to play with words so she can get rid of us.They clearly need more training on customer service on how to treat customers, putting the store's interest above their ego.We will never return to JD, there are so many stores out there, and to be honest, you can search the same clothes and shoes on Amazon and you will find out that even the "exclusive" product are available from manufacturer approved on-line stores and most of the time they even are a lot cheaper and accept hassle free returns.We want to support local shops and would like to have stores that people of our community have a job to go to and don't mind paying a bit extra for that, but facing arrogance and insults in return? No, thank you.I'll just throw the giftcard to the bin, call it a bad choice and never return to JD.

Well laid out store with plenty of great options. Some are new that I hadn't come across before. Customer service although not bad, could do with some polishing up. A lot of young people who need a bit of training with front facing customer service. A smile would go a long way ?

After taking a while to decide the item to buy the shop assistant was very efficient getting the item and took our purchase straight to the sales desk which luckily didn't have a queue

Had a great experience with Anna today, couldn?t find a t-shirt I desired and she advised me that it?s available in Oxford street after asking and went out of her way to check that for me. Made me feel welcome all while keeping a smile on her face. Great customer service!

I was in luton mall store.The manger treat me unprofessional ,rude I believe lucks customer service because I have experience this I don't wish to visit again.
