Summary: Poor customer service. Overpriced and overall underdelivered for the price paid. Best thing about the branch is the seating and tables.
Two times in a row, staff had failed to provide the food and drinks ordered. The first time they had only given me one drink instead of two and they had not provided the chips that I had ordered leading me to subsequently reminding them of their failure of delivering the food promised albeit in an agitated mood following this. The second time (27/06/2018) i was intially provided with 2 drinks instead of the 3 ordered although it was soon realised and amended however it’s the fact that the order was misplaced irritated me despite the correction. Upon initially walking in I witness the manager (Johnny) shouting at a staff member at the till which created the impression that staff aren’t treated correctly at this KFC branch and spoken to rudely by management, I also witnessed him speaking rudely to customers in front of me, I’m surprised the customers did not retaliate.
Also on that date (27/06/2018) the lady at the till hadn’t even listened correctly to what I had even ordered - I ordered two Streetwise All Stars Wrap meal and I was only given two wraps... also a humorous joke was made by a mate I was present with which was actually quite funny for what was said yet she giggled in such a forced manner like she was programmed on her induction day to maintain a neutral face and deliver an upsetting service... I was lead to assume that customers pay for both the food AND the service, especially for such a reputable food chain. One of the management (I believe to be the supervisor) did try to amend this following me complaining and agreed to provide the completed meal if I pay extra and she’d give me the rest of the meal for free - I’m glad this was resolved although it appears she’s the only one that actually tries to maintain the smooth running of the branch.
The food at KFC is overpriced as it is, the only factors that make up for this is the seating and the brand. Any other food chain would not get away with such poor treatment of their customers. My mood was ruined upon witnessing their service!
Overall a gravely disappointing service with cold food consisting of miserable and rude staff. Would not recommend!

Super slow service. Rude, moody. Staff are always in a bad mood. If you hate your job so much why don’t you just leave. This place is super clean. NOT

Yesterday went there, ordered bucket and some other things, also large coleslaw 2x large gravy, 2x large beans, and corn.
I get 2x regular coleslaw as according to personnel they don’t have large one any more but on my receipt it staited large
Missing sweet corn
Missing one bean
Missing one gravy.
They charge around £1.5 for each so KFC wanted to save earn £6 from me not giving me what I ordered, when I asked about missing items, one employee of kfc pretend that he “speak no english”, so I have to loudly demand for my missing items some other women finally came and sort it out, funny enough customer before me had a missing whole box in his order.

After eating here my tummy was hurting for hours. PLEASE avoid here it’s the worst. Chicken is not cooked properly
