When I open my account with this bank everything seemed good but only had my account 7 months my account has been blocked 3 times by there fraud department because they don't agree what you spend your money I have never reported any unusual actives on my account but still chose to block my account please avoid this bank they are the worst bank I have ever had to deal with

Do yourself a favour and choose a different and better bank.Particularly this branch, they are racist, very rude , you wait for AGES until someone comes to see you. And when they do see you, are more concerned if you signed in your car rather than your banking needs.They have the very minimum knowledge to none and look hopeless If a question is asked . Staff gives you different information and they confuse you more than anything!! Shame on you for treating your customers like that. Get some training or close it altogether!!!

Metro bank is not the best, cash machine even took £20 from my money. Staff is good but the bank itself has bad policies. Not the best bank.

The app is very poor. A simply thing as a change of address requires a visit to the branch. The long queues and the complicated service make me not want to use it. The staff are friendly but their limited services leave a lot to desire.

Wish I could give 0 stars.... Visited today and drive thru was shut as usual so I went inside like instructed and had to wait for ages as most of the staff were just making themselves look busy like usual. When I finally got seen the customer service was shocking. Very rude and Will not ever be returning here.

Absolutely appalling service. There are more staff at the bank than customers and it still takes forever to get seen to. Most of the staff are just walking around and not helping anyone. What is the point. Never recommend anyone to use this bank.
