Friendly, great shopping

Shopping here is ok. Staff are usually polite. The issue is the post office when the lady serves. Asks a million questions if you have a parcel, although I noticed she picks and chooses who to ask- no doubt based on appearances. She always promotes the most expensive postage. The shop itself is ok, some items are reasonably priced. I am all for shopping local, but no when you have rip off prices and an interrogation when you just want to post something.

My local Nisa in Sundon Park is of the scale fantastic. I feel respected by the staff, nothing is above and beyond either when asking about the products. There's an on-site post office and an Amazon Hub too. A great local shop, with a personal touch.

I like the staff in here, & lots of Co-op stuff still put out on the shelves, & open fairly latish even on a Sunday, so between this outlet and the small Tesco up the road a little way, local folk are quite well served, they are not the cheapest store admittedly, but if you are cravin' a Kiwi Fruit or a cold beer here's your answer !

I was sending out a postage and asked for a pen or marker to cross out my address and I was shouted at in front of my 3 kids which were in total shock by the big Manager telling me that I should?ve done that at home not here. I was terribly shocked by his appalling behaviour as a manager he should know how to serve customers, and he carried on arguing for so long until I was encouraged by another customer to call the police. This is not the first time this has happened. One of my neighbours also complained about their bad behaviour. The post office people are always in bad mood to talk to. Even when you say Hi to them they don?t bother to greet you back, it?s disgusting to use this Nisa store. Please try to avoid them as much as possible. I drive all the way to the post office near the shopping centre just to avoid these guys even though this is my local store. DISGUSTED

My wife & I used the post office inside Nisa.My wife sent some parcels off for me, and asked for 1st class recorded, but didn't check the receipt...I got home, noticed they were second class on the receipt.I phoned the shop and spoke to a chap, who said it would be fine to come down and get it sorted out.So I drove down - there was 1 customer infront of me - Funnily enough he had to repeat the postage he wanted 5 times as the chap couldnt hear/understand him...Well, when it were my turn, the chap behind the counter gave me nout but grief about it... He had to call his manager who told him to look through the parcels and change it, the guys still made the transaction very difficult. Very unpleasant, and a total unnecessary stress... He dumped out the bag of parcels all over the floor whilst arguing with his manager about it - I pointed out my parcels, he literally threw the other parcels back into the bag, and then continued to argue with me about my packages...There were no apologies, just arguments.Which is a shame, the other person who does the post office is great, and very friendly.
