A good sized store often filled with a variety of nice stock, the lift access for the childrens plus menswear allows disabled and young families to access all areas of the shop.

Small but good range

Queued for around 10 minutes to pick up an online order. Then told that collections are at the downstairs counter. Queued for another 5 minutes before being served. No signs anywhere in the store to let customers know where collections are.
Obviously too difficult to print out an A4 piece sign.
