The young lady (staff) is rude and condescending. Went there to exchange the world book day vouchers for my daughter and she was very argumentative trying everything under the sun to not exchange them. Funnily enough, I was there just the week before and the older lady of the staff was lovely and let me use another coupon without issues. This girl really needs a chat from her manager regarding her attitude or risk losing customers.

WHS has everything but if you want to buy stationary go to rymans because they sell it a lot cheaper and its the same thing! Other then that they have a massive book section and good quality products.

A small Post Office has been included at the back of the store. How on earth is this going to serve the many people that use it in comparison to the large PO they just closed ...and that was busy enough!!

If this is the branch in the Mall, Luton then the store is in the process of having a Royal Mail post office counter installed at the back of the ground floor level. How this will work time tell. I went in the store to buy a Daily Telegraph and one or two books. In the lower level I was surprised by the range of books on offer, from classic literature to more populist fiction. I found a book about how WW 1 started and it's a great read, all the better for being 80% list price. ( ' Catastrophe' by Max Hastings).
