I visited the 'new' Wilko the day after it opened, all the old Wilko signage, uniforms even some of the old staff. There was a splattering of 'wilko' products but also a lot of products that I would associate more with the range. But a good mix of products across many ranges. Perhaps a bit more expensive than before. But a good shop to visit.

Wilko in the Luton shopping centre is good. A large selection of goods in a large store over two floors with elevators and lift and very good prices. Nice one!

Ridiculous service, the staff is very bad no body is there to help me at all. I purchased a product from Wilko Luton store and accidentally the first time i lost my receipt.. and i asked them to exchange the product but they are misbehaving with me and reluctant to change.This is my first and the worst experience of shopping I ever had from Wilko Luton store. Will never come back for shopping anything from wilko.Worst experience

It can't compete with pound land next door. Ques too long. They have sold me faulty dangerous electrical goods and wouldn't give me a refund. I don't know how they are still open
