Prompt and responsive, and the ESD kit does what it says on the tin! Also, the only provider I could find who supplies the ground plane and accessories as well.

Email response was initially a bit slow (just a bit though) but once the process was started, we had very good and quick communication. The rented material was sent to us nicely ahead of time (so no stress for us). Secure packaging and material quality were spot on.

I always get superb customer service from Toni & Anthea there. Above and beyond. I use EMC frequently, often for last-minute Hire's and they've never let me down, quite the opposite. And very fair & honest as well. A great company to deal with.
