I visited Mercedes in ascot today and received exceptional customer service from Isuru. My experience went really smooth from start to finish and would highly recommend dealing with him.

I first called Mercedes Ascot having found a car in their showroom I wanted to buy. I spoke directly to Isuru and he was fantastic, within 90 minutes he had sent me a video of the car and arranged for me to come in and meet him. Isuru greeted me as I arrived and showed me straight to the car in question. As I had been dealing with another dealership to start with but had been unsuccessful at finding the right car, Isuru was able to honour my car valuation from the other dealership and crack straight on with the sale. This was by far by best experience of buying a car, from the car and attention the whole team gives you, to the personal experience Isuru is able to give making your purchase as easy as possible and without hassle. If I need another vehicle any time soon, I will be returning to speak with Isuru as Mercedes-Benz in Ascot

I rated it one because there is no option for zero stars.I am extremely dissatisfied with the service team. I scheduled an appointment for the first service 20 days in advance, arrived on time at the centre, handed over the keys, and the car was driven away before I even left the premises. I was assured that I would receive a call between 4-6 pm once the service was completed. Despite waiting anxiously, I received no SMS or calls, and no luck with my attempts to contact the service centre. With no alternative, I had to go there in person at 6pm.To compound my frustration, the service team informed me that the car hadn't been touched and I had to come another day. When I asked to speak to the Manager. Jess Wheeler, the Service Manager in charge, had departed for the day without providing me with any notification. As professionals, we should value each other's time, and it's a basic courtesy to inform customers when their cars are not ready for collection. I urge you to respond promptly and address this issue at your earliest convenience.

Bought a 2021 E400d less than a year ago alloy was bent and needed replacing 7 weeks after purchase Mercedes didn't stand over this. They also issue log book to the incorrect post code leaving no log book to arrive a lot of paper work needed filling out on my own behalf they would not do this even though they filled it out incorrectly. The car is currently parked on the drive at home because I have no log book to tax it and my insurance won't insure it as the details are incorrect and the DVLA has a back log of 5 weeks. Currently hiring a car. Mercedes is a good brand of a car just wouldn't use Vertu dealerships there badly run:(

I recently visited Vertu Mercedes Ascot and was dealt with by Isuru and cannot recommend him enough! Experience, knowledgable and a genuinely great guy, made the experience of buying a new car, easy and enjoyable! Would definitely go back in the future, can?t thank him enough!

We recently bought a car from this dealership knowing its a prestigious brand. Little did we know upon collection day the car needed repairs and was not prepared to standard. An agreement was made to collect the vehicle and dropped off, to include repairs and a full tank of petrol. We don't live very close to the dealership to add.The experience hasn't been the greatest so far. Collection was a disappointment and as promised yet not fulfilled no full tank of petrol. From what we can see if overpromise and under deliver. Tried to email to all the Sale manager's but no answer and as a result we're here writing this review. Be sure to hold your promises otherwise it becomes meaningless.

Worst service I?ve had in a long time. Took our car in as we were told by our trusted mechanic that our maps needed updating and only a Mercedes garage could do it so we had an appointment booked first thing in the morning and quoted £150. Had a call from the Mercedes mechanic last thing that it was a different issue and they?d need to investigate further. 4 days later we got the car back and it was the update needed and when we went to pick up the car the girl on the desk charged us double because the first time they did the update it didn?t work and wouldn?t give us our keys back without paying for it twice, not sure how that?s our fault their systems can?t do the update. Both the mechanics and the front desk haven?t a clue about their own cars.

I recently bought a car from Mercedes of Ascot, Isuru was the sales executive who looked after me. The whole experience of buying a car was excellent. Isuru was very knowledgeable and friendly. His communication was good, he did what he said he would without my usual experience of having to chase! I would definitely recommend this dealership and although it isn?t my most local garage I will travel to them for my next car.

The staff at Mercedes Benz Ascot all helped to make my visits and purchase a great experience. From the receptionist to the sales guys to the finance people everyone knew their stuff perfectly and all were polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Worthy of a special mention are Izzy, Archie, Tom, Dylan and Mike. They all made a special effort to make the whole process of buying a car a really enjoyable experience. I would definitely recommend a visit if you want a new or used Mercedes. ??

The level of incompetency of this dealership is astounding. For almost one year now I cant get the the recall service done. They keep cancelling last minute and getting confused with the spare parts. Today i dropped my car for the appointment and after few hours they call saying sorry sir we actually don't have the spare parts ? so take my advice and find another place for service.

Great customer service and lovely waiting area with refreshments. Update 17/2/24. Booked in for annual service and MOT, as always friendly and efficient get a video link by text once all completed and get a complementary wash and vacuum.

While I didn't complete on the purchase of an A35 AMG, from initial enquiry, through my first contact with a sales manager who called me to introduce Isuru (Issy) who would be helping me with my purchase and the assistance of General Manager, Adam Rich, my experience with dealing with Mercedes Ascot was exceptional. Issy in particular was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, helpful and enthusiastic - it was a shame that the suspension of the A35 proved too harsh for my ageing limbs as a daily driver. I would have no hesitation in recommending Vertu Mercedes Ascot.
