Had the best experience shopping and exchanging suits for our wedding. The member of staff helping us, Kate (Katherine) went above and beyond, offering to help in every way possible. The suits are great quality. Left feeling really happy!

Extremely rude staff. I was in next today as my little boy had been sick down himself so needed a fresh t-shirt.Waiting in the queue he was going to be sick again, so I asked the lady behind the till for a bag. Huffing and puffing, before I had to say that it either goes on the floor or in a bag.Anyway, there?s me with a 5 year old throwing up in a bag next to me with her tutting as I was holding up the queue. No compassion or anything. Then charged me for the bag.Laughable.

Good work next wait in line to see the customer collections staff then get told use the machine over there even though is says CUSTOMER COLLECTIONS right above your heads if you don?t want to do the job work somewhere else very very poor customer service

I will start shopping at next again when they stop their woke advertising campaign that suggests that their customers do not know how to treat their fellow human beings. You sell clothes not political agendas.

Customer service is appalling to the manager of the store should be ashamed. I waited patiently for someone to serve me to buy a suit 3 staff members ignored me twice while I waited to pay. I walked downstairs as I wanted to pay and leave saw another 3 staff standing talking while I finally got someone at the till to help she was as miserable as they come. Really won't bother again

Chaos! Suit pieces scattered around store (it's like trying to go on a treasure hunt to find each piece - if you're lucky you might have a matching suit in the end!)Felt sorry for the sole person on checkout who was juggling between in-store and collection orders whilst other colleagues ignored her and left her to it. They also ignored the long queue that was forming whilst continuing to stack belts and socks.After all that, she ended up folding up my suit like a T-shirt! Store management ought to take a look at theirselves and ask if they're doing enough to train and staff people in right areas.

I had a brilliant experience at this location. The staff are very friendly, but in particular Holly who is an asset to the company, who helped me with my visit. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Staff member at check out wouldn't make eye contact and pretended that I didn't exist. May as well have been invisible. It was at the check out. I wanted to pay for something. In the end I just left item on the counter and walked out. There are plenty of other shops in The Lexicon. I will shop there instead.

The prices correspond to the quality of the goods; NEXT children's items are especially good. During the discount period, prices are very low, however, you may not be able to make it in time, the goods are swept away like pies.

I visited the store few days ago (on the 21st of Jan I guess). I had bought a suit for 129£ and went to the shop to claim VAT free along with my dad who lives outside the EU. We have been told that we had to do it on the day itself and that they can?t do it. I asked for manager (Gabby) she came and repeated the same sentence as the sales member (Meghan).I asked her then to retune it and to sell me a new one of that helps (I was the one trying to find solution and the manager went upstairs again), they didn?t bother to help me find a similar one and finally ended up finding one plus we made extra shopping at the shop and went to pay again. Meghan was struggling with the vat (probably this was her first time doing it) she had to call the manager few times but mrs Gabby decided to make us wait for long time until she called Meghan and passed her the pin so she can apply the VAT discount but she had to scan all the items once again.Overall we had to wait for a very long time for a small thing which they could solve quickly if they had a willingness to help their customers.I was extremely annoyed, I would have left everything there if the shopping was for me but unfortunately my dad liked the suit. Very sad to see such a behaviour especially from a so called manager.I had to share this experience and I hope things will change there.
