Very poor service in princess sqaure I brought a I-phone 12 pro case for someone I got the wrong one so I took it back in good condition still in it's box the flap was intact on the box the guy took it out of the box in doing so ripped the flap off then turned round to me and said the box is damaged we can't sell it gave it back to me so I have just had £29 stolen out of my pocket devious thieves never use there shop again

Only ever seem to have 2 members of staff working at a time \\u0026 about as helpful as a chocolate teapot! Will be going to EE as soon as my contract is up as their staff a really helpful \\u0026 I've been with for the best part of 20+ plus years!

I recently visited the O2 store in Bracknell to upgrade my iPhone and I was attended to by Damian, Store Leader. I have to say what a pleasant experience to be served by a polite, knowledgeable gentleman who knew the answer to every question posed. He was also very patient, dealing with someone like myself who knows nothing about mobile phones or modern technology. Damian is a great asset to O2 as he delivers good old fashioned excellent customer care. 5 stars for Damian!

Visited the store not knowing what was going to happen as ive been having issues with my phone for months.\\n\\nI was an EE customer but they wouldn't help me so I saw Damien the store manager at O2 that helped me even though I wasn't with them. He was brilliant and sorted all my issues out , explained what was happening and I decided to move to O2 cause the service was exceptional. All the staff was amazing and helped with everything I needed. Thank you so much.

Great! - Dealt with Jon there, he was great.. Helped us out with our Upgrade and went the extra mile for sure. Would recommend him highly, the Manager of the store too was also very good. Couldn't fault these guys.

I had an order that was due in on the 1st but it wasn't there after chasing it on the 5th they finally had it in but no phone call to tell me it was ready no email to confirm it was ready to collect. O2 are poor. Glad I've not got an O2 contract.

They got an indian call centre offering phones. They tell me nokia 9.1 then send 3 iphone 7s im actually annoyed by this lol
