Disgustingly bad service, one slow old person doing grocery counter and alleged post office counter at same time. Other staff wasting time pretending to do stock taking when customer queue was 13 deep.

On 12 and 13 Dec 2023 around 7.40pm | took several Xmas parcels to the Post Office inside Morrisons at Birch Hill. I find it convenient to use the Post Office at this time because queues tend to be smaller. You are served at the front of the shop at a dedicated Post Office counter. I was served both days by the excellent Cameron who was a star, despite having been very busy that shift. Thank you Cameron!By contrast, I understand that the daytime Post Office queues early this week have been enormous so the Post Office had to close at one point.

Brilliantly convenient. Open 7 days a week and late into the evening which is a blessing for those of us that work a lot and find it hard to get out during "office hours".

This is the worst post office I have ever seen, they are rude, and the prepayment charging equipment is never working, so I have been left with the power supply on several occasions, as I have a medical problem and don't drive, so if I don't get my fuel there, I can't afford to pay fares to get it somewhere elseSo please can you sort this awful shop out.

Went here at 11am when the post office should have been open. They couldn?t be bothered to open it because all 4 staff were removing out of date stock (two of them were just stood around doing nothing). It?s clear from the other reviews on google that this post office isn?t being run properly

Happy with the service 99% of the time. Post office has great "out of hours" service ~ early mornings, late evenings and sundays too. Makes life much easier for me. All staff do a great job; lets be honest; they're under paid, over worked and have to put up with a lot of sh!t from the general public. I'd actually say service levels have improved since the old days when the PO counter was at the back of the shop. *****

Very cordial staff, clean shop but pretty expensive stock although there is a decent selection. Post office is open till late in the evening which is fantastic!

It says it's open till 10pm but they won't serve you at 8:55pm. Someone from management should really look into these reviews.
