? Warning ? Vision Express Delivery agent EVRi is not reliable. I found my contact lenses casually thrown on the side of the road at my estate, rather then delivered. (2 days later) so Please be careful if ordering the delivered service. Store staff etc always helpful. But need to get control of poor final mile delivery service.

I want to say how impressed I am with the after sales service I have received from the staff at the Bracknell store. They kept adjusting my glasses on numerous visits when I first got them to make them a comfortable fit. I went into the store with my glasses last week as the arm connecting to the glass had broken off due to a fall I had. They sent them off to their workshop for repair. When I went in yesterday to collect them they had been repaired beautifully and they did not charge me a penny for the repair. Well done Vision Express ? you lead the way in customer service. There are a lot of companies who could learn a lot from the service you provide. THANK YOU

I have been dealing with Vision Express for a number of years now. The service and care has always been very good.Today, I called them due to a broken pair of glasses, sadly these were unrepairable. I called them at 09:00 this morning and went into the store. I picked new frames and were provided with temporary lenses for the new pair within 1 hour.I cannot see how you can get better service than this!Thanks to Shelley and her male colleague who spoke to me on the phone!

I have to say, the customer service from everyone I interacted with at Vision Express in Bracknell was totally brilliant, I am only sorry not to be able to remember all their names! Everyone on the shop floor was polite, patient and professional whilst maintaining a friendly approach, and the Dr who ran through my optical exam and issued my prescription explained everything thoroughly and with a great sense of humour. It was so refreshing to have such a lovely and consistent customer experience (I visited the branch three times in total, from eye test to frame fitting). Thank you to the team - I will definitely visit again for my future check ups.

I did have a faulty frame where the side screw kept coming loose.And not the fault of this company.Being a pensioner on limited funds i was only able to purchase the cheapest, of the range of frames for the glasses.When it came to service and the help, they were all excellent and professional in handling my situation. And this was over a period of time, of many visits to repair.I am at this moment in time waiting for the new frame to arrive but i know i will be treated in a 5 star way.Thank you.

The team here are phenomenal! It was my daughters first eye test at the age of 5 and they made her feel so calm. We sensed a real family aura and it was really nice to see a great team working together. Even though my daughter had to have additional tests and eye drops, everyone was so professional. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you soon for my daughters glasses collection. Thanks :-) Ps. If you?re looking for somewhere to have your eyes tested, definitely recommend Vision Express.

Shocking customer service. I was quoted £300 to rectify a misty lense that wasn't my fault, when I only paid £150 for the glasses. Sarcastic staff. Do yourself a favour and steer well clear.

Waited 2 weeks and no call . Phoned them and was told they could take longer. I stuck out and asked if or why there was no tracking information, eventually the practice manager took over the call and said there was an imperfection and they were going to call me and tell me there was a delay which I can only take their word for although unconvinced. Not happy with the service £268 paid for glasses I have still not recieved. I will require my money back by the end of the week and go elsewhere if they dont show .

Rubbish - ordered sunglasses on 20/7/22 told they would be up to 2 weeks. Rang to chase on 9/8/22. Told the lenses would have to be reordered. Obviously not ordered in the first place. Now won't have sunglasses for my holiday!!!!!! Do not use.

My glasses broke (they were 2 years old) so I went into the store to see if they could glue them to give me time to sort out a new pair. Luke went out of his way to help me, he glued my broken glasses and phoned head office for me to see if they had any pairs of my discontinued glasses so that I could just put my lenses in the new glasses. This was on Saturday and Monday he telephoned to say my glasses had arrived so on Tuesday morning I went back to the store and within 10 minutes I had my lenses in my new glasses. Thank you so much Luke for going the extra mile to help me your customer service is amazing.

I visited Vision Express Bracknell today as an emergency because I had damaged my eye, they saw me immediately and helped me straight away. The optician, Sunny, was brilliant, super helpful and very reassuring.I'm new to the area and didn't know Vision Express was there, so I had actually tried Specsavers and Boots first and both turned me away saying the next available appointments were over a month away. I almost didn't bother trying at VE, but so glad I did. Thank you.

Massive delays in lenses, 10 days becomes a month and nobody gets back to you, so you just end up nannying them every few days I'd recommend to go elsewhere just for this reason.Update: after few more calls and their empty promises for calls, and a request to cancel the order which was blatantly ignored, I finally got one set of my lenses back. They actually called to say they have no time to adjust my glasses anytime soon, so I finally resorted to getting first pair out of there and going to other optician to sort it out, as their supposed workshop fitting of 4 screws, which delayed it for lone week, had resulted that one arm was loose. Can't expect them to get all 4 out of 4.So one month minus one day, I have a pair of glasses with left arm hanging off, and second pair is still with Vision not - express.Update 2: it's now been 6 weeks, and the second pair is still not with me. I've given up hope and concluded they've either lost my glasses or went to get ore to produce glass for them. Either case I've lost my second pair, which were not cheap by any means. I was contacted few weeks ago by their customer satisfaction team, and asked if I wanted to have a chat of my experience, and I did. That has not resulted in any contact either, so I now recognise my error for ever entering this pitiful place, and must embark with another route to get glasses without which I cannot live.Update 3. Few weeks have passed and now they admit they've lost my glasses. I've attempted to contact them directly and via headquarters, but it's all in vein. My glasses are gone, money lost, and not only did I loose them but now also need to go through same process with another optician, payment included. No refunds, no contact, no liability.Update 4 (final): suddenly they call stating the glasses are ready. Apparently they had found them. I go to pick them up, and hear all excuses how the technicians had broken them and not informed etc. Not interested, just give me my glasses. They offer to change lenses to my other reading glasses (which they just did, and which took 6 weeks) as if if doing same again would somehow make them better? I obviously refuse, no more games. They are relieved, they offered, but client refused. Totally useless offer, transparent in its absurdity, but what else than whitewash can you expect after thisNever again.
