“Wonderfully helpful staff. Turned up at the Crowthorne shop with 3 items. Couldn’t park outside the shop so went to nearest parking space a distance away. I managed to carry 1 item in okay but realised I just couldn’t carry the last 2. One of the lovely volunteers from the shop came back with me to the car, took the heavy things, problem solved! She was charming too. Great service ?”
