This is a very good store. It's always clean, well-stocked, and has a great presentation. Lots of free parking outside. The staff are helpful, friendly, and professional. I like the fact that it currently DOESN'T have self-service tills, so you get the human touch at the checkouts.

The service is slow, for a £10 grocery I had to queue for 10 minutes, though the employees are generally nice.I tried to return something I paid with my phone but they refused and it would only be given to the physical card (which I didn't have at that moment).The only reason I keep coming back is because it's the only supermarket with parking in Crowthorne I'm afraid.

Super friendly and helpful staff.I had a flat tyre and manager did everything he could to help with parking while I was waiting for help.I frequently shop there on my way to work and everyone is always helpful ,friendly and professional

Disappointed that this store is lacking in self service checkouts which would help with reducing queue times. Also has a ridiculously small car park for the size and popularity of the store

We are staying with family in Crowthorne so have not shopped here before. We were served by Eric who gave us first class service. He changed a product for me which had been in the wrong section without complaint. Must nicer store than Evesham, Worcs.
