A Big shout out to Robert in the store, who is extremely knowledgeable, patient and helpful.Robert made a difference in our experience in selecting the right carpet and all the materials for our house. He always kept us updated on the progress from sales to order to fitting dates via calls and emails. Highly recommend him.

Massive shout out to Robert! I was in a pickle about new carpet for my 6 year old sons bedroom and he literally went above and beyond for me. He was approachable, attentive and didn't try to "make a sale". He was very genuine and give me much needed tips and advice. I would 100% come to this store again!! Excellent customer service 10/10

Excellent customer service from Robert. He was very approachable and not another pushy sales man but actually seemed to care about finding a carpet that fitted my needs. I went away with a positive feeling about my experience now I will always go to carpet right in Wokingham and look out for Robert to help me.

Excellent service at CarpetRight Wokingham. Robert Hart was super helpful throughout the process of picking a carpet, with excellent advice on the different ones available (so much choice!). Robert also kindly helped me with some laminate flooring too. Measurements were arranged quickly and I'll have my new floor in less than 2 weeks. Very impressed with Robert and his service, thank you.

Fantastic service. Pratima was very helpful, patient, and accommodating. She helped us from start to finish arranging a good fitting date during a busy season, we could not be more happy. The new floor is lovely too! We'll definitely be coming back again.

Flawless journey from the start to finish. Undoubtedly, the credit must go to a very efficient and friendly consultant Pratima. She was on her own on that busy day but the way she was attending every visitor was extraordinary. Im a businessman myself and I'd love to hire likewise person in my team without a doubt. Great job by the team in Wokingham. New carpet throughout and vinyl in the kitchen ???. Looks amazing and they took the old carpet away and they left it clean and tidy.Not to be confused with that tin pot carpet shop Carpetwise opposite Sainsburys (who are overpriced and rude) !!
