My company has an office in Maidenhead, and I was looking for a walkable location for lunch. It was on National Fish and Chips day (June 2), and found this little spot, Oh My Cod, nearby. I ordered the small, and it was still a huge portion; a full fried filet of cod, and a very large portion of chips. Everything was delicious ? I could use some salt, but that could be just me. Also got their steak pie, which was small and delicious. Including my can of coke, it cost only £14. They were getting phone in orders non-stop while I was there. Seems to be family owned, and the people that work there are extremely friendly. There were locals in there that they knew by name. There are no tables, so take-away only. I'll be going back whenever I'm in the Maidenhead offices.

The Fish and chips is excellent. The service however is at best poor. It takes far to long to get severed. Phone orders are a complete and utter waste of time, as they don't actually start cooking your fish order until you arrive. I was there last night for dinner, the girl who was working behind the counter was slow and rude, when I asked what was the point of a telephone order, she replied we are busy. When I said that's not an excuse, as my order was placed over half an hour earlier she replied that's your problem.

Best fish and chips in maidenhead. Nice crispy chips and consistently good fish. Every time we get our fish and chips from them we enjoy it and we know we can rely on their quality

Sadly disappointing. A very long wait whilst it was cooked. Soggy chips. Lack of salt and vinegar. Batter was far to thick and heavy. Very disappointed.

Excellent Fish and Chips, always top quality. Only criticism is that you have to wait a long time while they cook every meal individually, but that?s why it is so good. Well done.

This is our third take away from Oh My cod, they are by far the best in the local area, we pre order and collect which is always seamless. The fish which has the skin off - a must, is lightly battered and a great portion size and the chips are perfect. Service is always smiley, nice to see the lady at the till gently taking her time to time to train a new lad on Saturday. A monthly staple. Thank you for freshly cooked fabulous fish n'chips.

We regularly have fish and chips at different locations, but when we are at home the decision is always Oh My Cod. Good fresh and crispy fish with excellent chips.

I dont think I'm exagerating by saying the chips are by far the best I have ever tasted hands down. I get dinner here almost daily and the staff are so polite and caring.
