This charity shop deserves 5 stars. The staff go above and beyond. I always come away with a bargain! The stock is constantly rotated meaning it’s worth popping in daily. I can’t praise enough.

Fantastic Charity shop

I often go in this top class charity shop, and the ladies who run it in the week are very kind and helpful, all the stuff is tidy and neat, and the best prices from any single charity shop in Maidenhead, possibly even Berkshire! However, the lady who runs the shop on Sunday's hasn't always been friendly and good with customer service - I've seen donations being rudely turned away a few times. However, due to the amazing quality of this shop and kindness most of the time, I have decided to give top 5***** ratings! Very good indeed

I visited today and the shop has a new manager. Lovely friendly staff and there was a sale on. I left with 3 bags of clothes. Makes a pleasant change from some of the expensive charity shops in the area. I really hope the new manager stays!

I?ve found some great bargains in this shop, amazing staff always take the time for a chat & very helpful, my grandkids love the toy section which thankfully is much bigger than it has been in past! If you love Christmas! This is the place to grab a bargain!

Used to be looked at when Carol was there with all the older ladies very well organized and tidy-up.Now after visiting the store on Wednesday 9th of November how dirty things are for sale a toy cot had all hairs in but was still for sale. Things are overpriced, and the clutter of things is too much, especially in the right-side back corner. There used to be the toy section at the back near the open window with the shelves great now the toy section is at the front and looks messy. There was a young boy in there helping out in his school uniform great but wasn't very professional as messy is an understatement. I think he was with his mum who was helping out and another two ladies which have seemed to let the place go.This used to be our favorite charity shop as we live close by unfortunately now this isn't.

I'm surprised by the negative comments here! I live round the corner, I pop in from time to time to drop things off or make a purchase and always had a great experience. The flowers were great and the lady helped me get some more from another branch (pun intended)

Staff are usually friendly. There is a good selection of quality products, but like all charity shops these days the prices are not reflected in the name. Also, this branch seems to have alot of items for sale that are possibly sourced from local people, but are obviously brand new stock, being sold at retail prices. Possibly these products should be sold in retail shops and online marketplaces and not in a charity shop as they are small businesses, not donated items.

If I could give a negative star I would! I have never in my life, been faced with so much abuse, negativity or aggression in a retail store before. The fact this is a charity organisation, and I was dropping off donations is a level beyond disappointing. To top this off, after going to complain I realised the abuse I had faced was from the Manager of this shop! Do not believe the attitude of the lady 'managing' this shop. I will not be donating or using this store.

Possibly one of the rudest places I have visited. Arrived at 3.30pm to drop off 4 bags full of designer clothes. Thought instead of throwing them would be nice to donate to a local charity shop. The women was so rude. Refused to accept bags because she said it was 4pm( when it wasn't) and she wanted to 'go home to eat my dinner'. She slammed the door shut and growled with anger. I was so taken aback by this attitude, and even more so considering this is a CHARITY SHOP!I went back the next day to ask for the manager and make a complaint, and to my surprise they same lady was the Manager! I was astounded a person with such little respect and manners is holding a position such as this. She continued to be rude, swore loudly and refused to apologise. Her staff had to step in on her behalf to apologise. I am so shocked and disgusted by this. Is this the standard on this shop? And is this how charities and charity shops behave? Is this the sort of staff they employ?Absolutely awful! I will be making a complaint at a higher level!
