A terrible bank, lots of hidden charges when I tried to move money to another account. Was told on the phone to come in to branch and then at branch they said it'll cost me extra. Customer service is terrible, they treated me and my parents terribly when they came and we've now all closed our accounts. Even that took forever and it seemed like we needed to jump through a million hoops to get it done.It used to be great, my first mortgage was with this branch and their mortgage advisor. But after my recent experiences, I will no longer set foot in this place.

I am extremely dismayed to learn about out the extent of the bank?s financial support for companies maintaining and increasing fossil fuel extraction. Rather than greenwashing, Barclays should take real, immediate steps to stop the climate emergency.

Pledged to go net zero in 2015 and has since spent £104 billion on fossil fuel investments. Suggest avoiding them like the plague and banking with an alternative such as the Co-op, Triodos, Monzo or Starling Banks, where your money is not financing climate change.

So after a really bad start to the day, I had to go into the branch after NOT being satisfied with the call center, thank god for a young lad I think his name was Zeeshan very tall lad, how quick he solved my issue and run around helping other customers, such great customer service and he was only a young lad, well done to Barclays for having great staff

Why are you still closed ,shops and business opening all around you but you no!. You are forcing people on public transport to the few that are open only to join a long queue probably only one branch open in Windsor and Maidenhead. I don't believe all your employees are 70 plus with health issues. Surely open for at least a couple of hours, do u not consider yourself essential, good job supermarkets showed more moral fibre than you have shown

Due to Coronavirus, my local branch is closed, which means I have to get two buses to the nearest open branch. This causes me problems as I am disabled.
