Very poor quality when it comes to dealing with customers. Have been said different information from different staff members which resulted in wasting my time coming to branch without being able to get simple tasks sorted.Pleased to find that out on my first visits so I can choose more relevant place to keep my money in.

Both customer services agents on the front desk have been fantastic in helping me with my issues with opening and operating my new business account services. Where customer services have been unable to help me over the phone, both have been instrumental in helping me each time. Their names are Cameron and Shruti

Today, I went to the Maidenhead HSBC Bank to open saving account. Both Nav Dhinsa and Sarahtrenferd are quite competent and haveexcellent communication skills. I'm delighted to have opened an account with them.

What a fabulous experience working with Rohit Gogia and the staff at HSBC Maidenhead. We were visiting from Canada and therefore were limited by our time, but Rohit got everything sorted for us, and really went the extra mile. Thank you

Unhelpful spoke to someone on the phone to order cash, next day went to collect and was told I would have to travel to Slough to collect cash.Waste of time considering closing my account as they didn't value my time

Absolutely horrendous customer service. We've been trying to open accounts for our children since November, told to do in online, wait and wait no response, then told its not been successful. We've tried 4 times now. Gone into the branch to actually talk to someone, told they can't help. Ring, and ring, hours on hold, get cut off. Still waiting for William (manager) to call back from last night. Absolute nightmare...

I doubt you?ll ever have a slower in-branch service anywhere in the UK. Find a long term car park and make a day trip of it if you really have to go. Once you do this, like me, you?ll change bank as quickly as possible.They drive more transactions online and I?m more than happy to do this. But then they make so many services in-branch only.Never again.

No counter service. Cannot pay cash into an accou t without a HSBC Bank card, even if you have a paying in slip. No alternative facilities in Maidenhead
