Sam has been my PT for around 5 years. She is patient, encouraging and knows her stuff inside out. She works incredibly hard to plan a one to one session and if you struggle with a particular exercise she always has an alternative one up her sleeve to achieve the same result. She gets the best out of you and our sessions are never ever dull. I consider her as part of the family and she has been with me for a large part of my cancer journey. However she is not just a cancer rehab PT. She is super fit and will stretch even the top athletes out there. I couldn?t recommend Sam more highly. Guy

I was introduced to Sam nearly 4 years ago at the end of my first stage cancer journey. That journey continues with ongoing treatment but I can honestly say Sam has transformed my life with her incredible support, her expert advice and her uplifting personality. I attend Sam's rehab classes twice a week, whenever I can and the benefits have been many - keeping me more mobile and flexible as well as managing the swelling, aches and pains through appropriate exercise and stretching. The added bonus is the understanding and emotional support from Sam and the others in our group. I can recommend Sam 100%, she is very encouraging, never judgmental and tailors the programme perfectly to individual needs, even within a group setting.
