I would not recommend the maidenhead branch at all, I live in Maidenhead and had 2 seperate issues over the last year that they have never mananged to deal with, Either the staff cant be trained properly or they just the I cant be bothered attitude.
First time was for a upgrade for a phone, needed down payment for the phone went through it all, agreed a plan and then they didnt have the phone and infact the price plan after was discussed wasnt valid anymore.
second time - my partner phone recently died, it needed an insurance claim i contacted the customer team insurance department who put the claim through gave me a reference number and said just go to the local store give the number and drop the phone off, Maidenhead branch refused to help, refused everything ti him saying they couldnt do it and to contact customer service again.
I went into the uxbridge store 1 day later gave the reference number and the phone and they sent it off straight away.
the fact i have had to use the uxbridge store twice which is 30 minutes from my home is disgusting, they really need to look at the team they have working in the maidenhead branch and sort it out.

Unmotivated staff who have a poor grasp of the company offers and appear to think customers are an inconvenience to their socialising. Took me 4 months to get a £50 gift card as part of a switch deal due to staff incompetence.
Personally, you'll get a better service level from the Three store.

Arogant and helpless. Trying to do an upgrade and they tried to rip off. I told them about my online offer, but they completely ignored me. Waste of time and space.
