Today I went to barclays bank with my family n there is female staff name Jess page.i wanna say thank you so much jess page for helping me out for everything.Statements,damaged card,stamp n everything....you are amazing n star.

Terrible experience. The staff are unhelpful and there's not enough experienced staff to help with more in depth issues, we waited over an hour to book an appointment for something that they had messed up in the first place that could have caused us to default on our mortgage.

Lovely ladies in Newbury branch this morning. Popped in to asked about my child using his card over seas. Really helpful and even showed my how to use the travel card on the app. Nothing was too much trouble, fantastic customer service!

Popped in and out again within about 15 minutes. All the things I needed doing got done quickly, and Jacqueline who was helping me was very professional. She also gave me some good advice for savings which I had not considered before.

It needs to be known that Barclays are the biggest funder of the fossil fuel industry in Europe. Fossil fuels are the biggest cause of climate change that is robbing us and our children of a safe future. Do not use Barclays if you care about this because your money will be used to accelerate the destruction of our planet.

All I want is a monthly bank statement not to much to ask from a Bank, I've lost count the amount of times I've been in trying to get this sorted.On my last visit I left with high hopes, I forget the name of love lady I spoke to on Tuesday ( the only thing I remember was she said that she been working for them for 20 years). She thought she sorted it out and promise to call me on Thursday and just like everyone else I spoke to no call back.And if you are interested I still don't has a monthly bank statement.I will be closing down my accounts shortly

Since moving from the Market Place this branch is a complete joke.An impressive cavernous foyer, but with only one assistant pointing you to machines with limited abilities. On my last visit there were no counters at all - completely useless as I needed to get some coins. The consumer-hostile face of banking today.
