I don't know what the lads name is that works here but he is incredibly ignorant and rude! Not only to me but to other people I have witnessed. Disgusting attitude towards customers. I won't be shopping here again.However the young lady that served me and my son was very polite and friendly so thank you to her. Its just a shame some of the staff are so rude and bad mannered!

Staff are friendly and the management of customers into the store is fairly well managed. The negative for me is 2 fold; my wife called in the morning to enquire about stock of shoe size for my daughter, but was not asked if she wanted to make a booking for later that day. The queue was fine, so no problem there and our wait was in line with the advice upon arrival.However once in store, it seemed that there weren't enough staff for the number of groups. I would have thought that it would be one in, one out to ensure a 1-on-1 customer/family:staff member.The lady who served us was very friendly and helpful, ensuring we were able to buy our daughters 1st pair of shoes.
